Earth-地球 is a satellite map application developed by Beidou Hanglu Technology Co.Ltd. and operated by Chuangshi Xiancheng. It serves as a domestic alternative to Google Earth and offers a comprehensive solution for various industries' geospatial mapping and 3D terrain visualization needs.
Featuring satellite imagery and road network navigation maps, Earth-地球 offers faster speeds compared to Google Maps, Google Earth, Tianditu, Baidu API, Baidu Street View, Amap POI, Arcgis, and traditional Aowi Interactive Maps.
With Earth-地球, users can quickly locate specific coordinates without the need for Ourplay or Google Earth. The app also provides a night mode for observing the Earth's night views.
Additionally, Earth-地球 offers satellite navigation with the ability to calibrate positioning using a compass, allowing users to locate rooftops in their hometowns. The app also boasts a massive amount of data, supporting high-definition map data for a single year, amounting to 70TB, which is crucial for Google Earth.
Future updates will include features such as CAD file submission, navigation positioning, measurement tools, GPS toolbox functions, collaborative map viewing, weather data, ocean currents, friend location tracking, compass, and GIS globe functionalities.
